This year was horrible, but I am motivated to have a plan to bounce back next year. Here is a list of goals that I plan to achieve for myself.

First and foremost, I plan to start a drop shipping business to dive into the world of entrepreneurship. I’ve always been fascinated by dropshipping as a way to make money independently. My plan is to purchase a Shopify domain, launch a clothing brand focused on Y2K and streetwear, and advertise it on TikTok. It seems like a fun and practical way to get started.

Secondly, I aim to develop a more sophisticated, documented app to monetize. I believe app development is the future and could be the key to my financial success. Becoming an entrepreneur is a major goal for me, and for now, drop shipping is the first step toward achieving it.

I want to enter dropshipping to gain a foothold in the field and learn how to navigate it—everything from generating ads to finding reliable suppliers. I also hope to make some decent money along the way. It’s an educational experience, and I believe that with commitment, I can find success.

I’ve already tried something similar on Depop, which gave me a small but valuable learning experience. I attempted to sell some inexpensive sweatpants from AliExpress and could have made nearly $60 in profit. Unfortunately, shipping took about two weeks, and I didn’t have the right setup for Depop’s independent shipping labels, so I ended up losing around $40. To make matters worse, Depop automatically refunded the customers after a certain time, so the clients got their money back while I was left covering costs for two sweatpants I had already shipped.

Despite the setbacks, this experience taught me a lot about legitimate ways to make money via dropshipping. Using Depop wasn’t ideal, but it helped me understand what works and what doesn’t. That’s why I plan to start my own brand, control the process myself, and aim for a clear financial goal: making at least $5,000 through dropshipping in the next few months. I believe this is a practical way to earn money and gain real-world experience in entrepreneurship.

But anyways, yeah, Dropshipping and app-development are going to be the 2 main facets for my entrepreneurship journey.
