KNOW YOUR RIGHTS | Activism Plan

Never blindly trust or side with the police. You can dislike me personally, but one thing we all share is a common concern about police corruption. Always exercise your 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendment rights:
- Never let law enforcement search you without a warrant.
- Never speak to the police without legal counsel.
- Remember, you are innocent until proven guilty — it’s the police’s job to gather evidence against you.
It’s estimated that nearly 50,000 people are falsely incarcerated each year due to corruption, false confessions, or flaws in the justice system. Knowing your rights is crucial — don’t become one of them.
In the United States, the 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendments protect your fundamental rights.
The 4th Amendment prevents law enforcement from searching you without a warrant.
The 5th Amendment allows you to remain silent and not speak to authorities without legal counsel.
The 14th Amendment guarantees due process and presumes you are innocent until proven guilty.
Unfortunately, exercising these constitutional rights is often misunderstood or even demonized by corrupt law enforcement, who may attempt to gaslight or manipulate people into waiving them.
I plan to advocate for those who have been wrongfully accused or imprisoned by a corrupt judicial system that undermines constitutional rights. The best way to fight corruption is to exercise your fundamental rights and to refuse to enable a system that convicts people on flimsy evidence.
Everyone is entitled to the presumption of innocence, yet in modern America, the reality often feels like “guilty until proven innocent.” I want to dedicate part of my life to educating people on their constitutional rights, helping them understand and assert these rights, and protecting them from a system that seeks to exploit ignorance.
A society that disregards due process or fails to respect the constitutional rights of its citizens is fundamentally corrupt and unjust.
That’s why I plan to launch the ExerciseYourRights program — a platform that documents stories of wrongful imprisonment, corrupt law enforcement, and kangaroo-court judicial systems, while educating people on their constitutional rights. The goal is simple: prevent corruption from wrongfully implicating you.
Even if you are guilty, exercising your constitutional rights is still your right. Anyone who opposes that only seeks to demonize those who understand and assert their rights.
The U.S. Constitution is kryptonite to a corrupt system.

If you're ever accused of a crime....
Always. Always. ALWAYS. Exercise your rights.
Refusing to talk to the police doesn’t make you “bad” — it makes you smart. Exercising your 5th Amendment right is protecting yourself from a system built to trap you. Innocent or guilty, staying silent until you have legal counsel is self-preservation, not a crime.
If police OR ANYONE want to question you or search you:
Ask "Am I free to go?"
If not, say "I want a lawyer" and then stay silent
Don't consent to searches without a warrant
Don't try to explain yourself or prove your innocence on the spot
Remember to always remember to exercise your rights.
